In other news, I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving. Well, my last journal entry was me complaining that I had to wait too long to find out the sex of my baby -- well I've waited the 5 weeks and on Monday I had my appt to check heartrate, my health and to schedule the sonogram.

We got as far as blood pressure and my baby's heart rate and it all changed. Thankfully the baby's heart rate was 156bpm, but my blood pressure was too high and I was ordered to stay home from work for atleast a week -- or I'd go into early labor or lose the baby. Oy vay.

Most people would think -- oh how awesome, a week off. No, not awesome. A week off during christmas season, before my husband's birthday, with a baby on the way -- is stressful.

Oh well, I am on strict orders to not move off the couch unless I'm going to the restroom or taking a shower. The dr said I either do that, or she'll hospitalize me. gahh.. I teach middle school why else do you think my blood pressure is high all the time
